［摘要］深圳灣創(chuàng)新科技中心超高層連體結(jié)構(gòu)為兩道連接體相連的兩棟超高層塔樓2A，2B，為非對(duì)稱雙塔連體結(jié)構(gòu)。兩塔樓在低區(qū)（6～9層）、高區(qū)（34～37層）通過兩個(gè)跨3層高的連接體連接為一體，連接體采用鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)。首先介紹了本項(xiàng)目的概況、結(jié)構(gòu)體系、結(jié)構(gòu)超限判別、抗震性能目標(biāo)，然后介紹了性能目標(biāo)驗(yàn)算結(jié)果、連體桁架分析、躍層柱穩(wěn)定性分析、大震下抗震性能評(píng)價(jià)和結(jié)構(gòu)抗震加強(qiáng)措施。分析結(jié)果表明，結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范及性能目標(biāo)要求。

Performance-based structural design of super high-rise connected building for Shenzhen Bay Innovation and Technology Centre

Abstract:Shenzhen Bay Innovation and Technology Centre super-tall connected structure is composed of two super high-rise tower buildings 2A and 2B that are connected by two connective bodies. It′s an unsymmetrical twin-tower connected structure.  Two tower buildings are connected as a whole by two 3-layer high connective bodies at 6～9 layer of lower zone and 34～37 layer of higher zone, and the connective body adopts steel truss structure. The project general situation, structural system, structure out-of-code discrimination and seismic performance objectives were first introduced, and then the checking results for performance objective, analysis of the connective truss, stability analysis on skip-layer column, seismic performance evaluation under rare earthquake and seismic strengthening measures. The analysis results show that all the structural indices meet the requirements of specifications and performance objectives.
