深圳灣創(chuàng)新科技中心超高層連體結(jié)構(gòu)方案設(shè)計與研究

[摘要]深圳灣創(chuàng)新科技中心兩棟超高層塔樓由兩道連接體相連,兩棟塔樓高度不等,為非對稱雙塔連體結(jié)構(gòu)。主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼管混凝土疊合柱框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu),連接體均采用鋼桁架結(jié)構(gòu)。首先介紹了項目的工程概況、結(jié)構(gòu)體系、地基基礎(chǔ)、加強(qiáng)層分析,然后介紹了分別采用強(qiáng)連接和彈性連接方式時,結(jié)構(gòu)在小震下的樓層剪力、頂點位移、連接體內(nèi)力、周期、振型模態(tài)、加速度反應(yīng)的對比分析,小震、中震、大震下的與連接體相連外框柱內(nèi)力的對比分析,大震下的位移時程的對比分析。分析結(jié)果表明,層數(shù)相差懸殊的高位連體結(jié)構(gòu)采用強(qiáng)連接是可行的,同時該連接方式對建筑立面效果、幕墻、機(jī)電等專業(yè)影響最小。此外還提出了強(qiáng)連接的構(gòu)造措施。

Structural scheme design and analysis of super-tall connected structure for Shenzhen Bay Innovation and Technology Center

Abstract:The two super-tall towers of   Shenzhen Bay Innovation and Technology Center are connected by two connected bodies. The two towers of the asymmetric twin-tower connected structure have different heights. The main structure adopts the hybrid structure of concrete filled steel tubular laminated column frame-reinforced concrete corewall and the connected bodies adopt the steel truss structure. First, the project survey, structural system, foundation and strengthening layer analysis were introduced. Then under the two different connection forms of elastic and rigid connection, comparison and analysis of the floor shear force, top displacement, internal force of connected body, period, vibration mode, acceleration response was conducted under action of frequent earthquake, comparison and analysis of internal force of outer frame column connected to connected body were introduced under action of frequent earthquake,medium earthquake and rare earthquake, comparison and analysis of displacement time-history analysis under action of  rare earthquake was conducted. Analysis results show that it is feasible for the high-position connected structure with greatly differed layer numbers to adopt rigid connection, and it has the smallest effect on the building elevation, curtain wall, mechanical and electrical, etc. In addition, detail measures for the rigid connection were proposed.
