高層混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法探討

[摘要]高層混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)要解決抗震和節(jié)材兩個(gè)方面問題。首先給出了過程優(yōu)化三個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)階段的工作要點(diǎn),然后對(duì)若干結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化方法進(jìn)行分析探討。分析了剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)的布置原則和計(jì)算參數(shù)的敏感性,結(jié)果表明,普通剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)層間位移角越大,結(jié)構(gòu)的材料總造價(jià)越小。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析了12個(gè)框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)工程的平面布置與性能指標(biāo)關(guān)系,結(jié)果表明,核心筒內(nèi)外墻截面積之比越小越好;筒框梁跨高比不宜大于17,以保證結(jié)構(gòu)在大震下的抗倒塌能力。針對(duì)限額設(shè)計(jì)工程給出了剪力墻、框架柱、梁和樓板構(gòu)件的優(yōu)化措施。最后,結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)軟件GSOPT的工程應(yīng)用表明,優(yōu)化軟件可顯著提高結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的效率和質(zhì)量。通過實(shí)際工程案例介紹的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)方法,可供類似工程參考。

Discussion on optimization design method of high-rise concrete structures

Abstract:Seismic performance and material consumption are two key problems in optimization design for high-rise concrete structures. The essential points in three stages of process optimization design were proposed, and several structural optimization methods were analyzed and discussed. The layout principle of shear wall and sensibility of calculating parameters were analyzed. The results indicate that, the value of interlayer displacement angle of normal shear wall structures is in inverse proportion to total material costs. Relations between plane layout and seismic performance were analyzed on 12 frame-corewall structures. It reveals that the ratio of section areas of inner and outer wall of the core structures should be as small as possible. The span-depth ratio of framed girders should not be higher than 17, in order to ensure collapse resistant capacity under the rare earthquake. Different optimization methods for shear wall, column, beam and slab components in limited-cost projects were proposed. In the end, engineering application of structural optimization design software GSOPT indicates that optimization software can significantly improve efficiency and quality of structural optimization design. The optimization design methods introduced through practical engineering cases can provide reference for similar engineering.
