［摘要］介紹了華策國(guó)際大廈結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)修改情況。對(duì)主樓地上結(jié)構(gòu)修改設(shè)計(jì)前后地震反應(yīng)進(jìn)行了比較，對(duì)修改設(shè)計(jì)后采用半逆作施工的情況和采用的新型鋼板剪力墻及空中連廊先鉸后剛設(shè)計(jì)方法這兩項(xiàng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了介紹和分析。分析結(jié)果表明，修改設(shè)計(jì)不僅提高了構(gòu)件制作標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化和安裝機(jī)械化程度，加快了施工速度，一些關(guān)鍵性能指標(biāo)還得以改善，可以為類似工程提供參考。

Modified structural design of Huace International Building

Abstract:The modified structural design of Huace International Building was presented. The seismic responses of the upper structure of main building before and after modification were compared. In the process of modified design, semi-reversed construction method was introduced. Two key technologies were introduced and analyzed including the adoption of new steel plate shear walls and the design method of the overhead corridor with stiff connection after hinged connection. Analysis results show that the modified design not only develops the standardization degree for component production and the mechanization degree for installation, but also accelerates construction speed, and some key performance indicators were improved, which can provide a reference for similar projects.
