[摘要]赫基國際大廈高178-8m,屬B級高度超限高層建筑,采用鋼管混凝土柱+型鋼混凝土梁+鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結(jié)構(gòu)。本項目辦公塔樓建筑平面凹凸、棱角極多,框架柱排列不均勻,且存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、樓板不連續(xù)、凹凸不規(guī)則、復(fù)雜連接等多項不規(guī)則。介紹了基礎(chǔ)與地下室設(shè)計,重點(diǎn)介紹了框架-中空核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系設(shè)計、復(fù)雜的連體設(shè)計、新型鋼管柱節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計、十字密肋板設(shè)計以及內(nèi)置空腔多腔U形鋼包混凝土組合梁設(shè)計。采用YJK和MIDAS Building兩個程序?qū)Y(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了常規(guī)的小震下彈性靜、動力分析,補(bǔ)充了中震彈性和不屈服驗算;并采用SAUSAGE程序進(jìn)行了罕遇地震下彈塑性動力時程分析。最后提出了針對本項目超限所采取的加強(qiáng)措施。

Structural design of Heji International Building

Abstract:Heji International Building is 178-8 meters tall and is classified as a B-grade high-rise building that exceeds height requirement of specifications. It adopts mixed structural system of concrete filled steel tubular column, steel reinforced concrete beam and reinforced concrete corewall. The tower building in this project has a concave-convex architecture plane with many edges. The frame columns are arranged unevenly, and there are multiple irregularities including torsion irregularity, discontinuous floor, concave-convex irregularity and complex structural connections. The foundation and basement design was introduced and it focused on the frame-corewall structural system design, complex connecting body design, new type CFST columns joint design, cross ribbed plate design and built-in cavity and multi-cavity U-shaped steel wrapped concrete composite beam. Two programs of YJK and MIDAS Building were used to conduct the regular elastic static analysis and elastic dynamic analysis under the frequent earthquake, and elastic analysis and non-yielding calculation under the fortification earthquake were supplemented. And elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake was carried out by SAUSAGE program. Finally, the measures taken to strengthen the regularities of the project were put forward.
