昆明西山萬達廣場超高層寫字樓抗震設計

[摘要]昆明西山萬達廣場寫字樓為高烈度設防地區(qū)的超高層建筑,建筑總高度為316m,結構的地震響應非常顯著。采用帶加強層的鋼管混凝土框架-型鋼混凝土核心筒混合結構體系。設計中通過控制結構自重、合理分配外框架剛度、設置有限剛度的加強層和采用帶約束多型鋼剪力墻等技術,充分利用各結構構件的受力特點,從而提高了結構體系的抗側剛度,控制了結構主材用量。小震和大震彈塑性分析結果表明,結構的各項指標滿足規(guī)范要求,能達到預期的抗震性能目標。本項目的設計滿足了高烈度區(qū)超高層結構安全、經濟和美觀實用的要求。

Seismic design of super high-rise office building of Xishan Wanda Plaza in Kunming

Abstract:The office building of Xishan Wanda Plaza in Kunming is a super high-rise building in the area of high seismic precautionary intensity. It has a total building height of 316m and structural seismic response is very large. It adopts mixed structural system of concrete filled steel tubular frame-steel reinforced concrete corewall with strengthened stories. Different technologies were used in design, including controlling structure self-weight, reasonable frame stiffness distribution, setting strengthened stories with finite stiffness and adopting constrained multi steel reinforced concrete shear wall, and the mechanical characteristics of the structural members were made full use to improve the lateral stiffness of the structural system and control material use of the structure. Elastic-plastic analysis results show that all indices of the structure meet the code requirements. The design of this project meets safe, economic, beautiful and practical design requirements for super high-rise building in high seismic intensity region.
