高層建筑中稀柱框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系研究

[摘要]稀柱框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)由于有良好的抗震性能以及開闊的建筑使用空間,在超高層建筑中的應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛。針對(duì)稀柱框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,通過(guò)采用YJK軟件對(duì)兩個(gè)工程的多個(gè)方案進(jìn)行的小震、中震對(duì)比分析及采用SAUSAGE軟件進(jìn)行的大震對(duì)比分析,研究了框架梁剛度、核心筒自重、框架柱數(shù)量及大小以及放寬層間位移角的限制對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,加大各層框架梁剛度時(shí),稀柱框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)整體性能與常規(guī)框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)加強(qiáng)層設(shè)置伸臂桁架或腰桁架加強(qiáng)層方案相近;稀柱框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系的核心筒沿豎向高度逐步取消部分受力較小墻肢,可保證結(jié)構(gòu)整體抗側(cè)剛度,減輕結(jié)構(gòu)自重;在結(jié)構(gòu)性能滿足實(shí)際使用安全情況下,放寬小震下層間位移角的限制是可行的。

Research on sparse column frame-corewall structural system in high\|rise buildings

Abstract:Sparse column frame-corewall structure is characterized by good seismic performance and open building space, and it is widely used in super high-rise buildings. For sparse column frame-corewall structural system, YJK software was used to conduct comparison analysis on multiple schemes of two engineerings under frequent earthquake and fortification earthquake respectively, and  SAUSAGE software was used to conduct comparison analysis  under rare earthquake. The influences of frame beam stiffness, deadweight of corewall, frame column quantity and size, easing restriction of the interlayer displacement angle on the overall performance of the structure were studied. Results show that when increasing the frame beam stiffness of each layer, overall performance of sparse column frame-corewall structure is similar to that of conventional frame-corewall structure strengthened by outriggers or waist trusses. It can ensure the integral structural lateral stiffness and reduce structural deadweight if the part of wall limbs with smaller stress is eliminated along the vertical height of corewall of sparse column frame-corewall structural system. Under the condition that structure performance meets the actual use safety, it is feasible to ease interlayer displacement angle limitation under frequent earthquake.
