[摘要]某鋼結(jié)構(gòu)慢行橋由于橋體造型及功能的要求,采用異型吊索拱結(jié)構(gòu)。鋼橋橋面梁順橋向為(24+54+28)m三跨鋼箱梁,橫橋向?qū)挾仍?-250~14-721m范圍隨橋型變化,設(shè)置3根方鋼管拱及32根吊索以實現(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)整體受力合理。設(shè)計時對橋拱及鋼梁結(jié)構(gòu)選型、設(shè)計參數(shù)選取等進行了分析研究,并通過找力分析確定吊索初拉力,采用SAP2000軟件分別建立梁單元模型及多尺度模型對結(jié)構(gòu)體系在各荷載組合工況下進行了靜力分析及動力分析,得到了結(jié)構(gòu)的受力和變形特點。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對橋梁基礎(chǔ)形式進行多方案對比設(shè)計,以保證橋梁整體設(shè)計的可靠度與安全性。最后探討了異型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)橋梁設(shè)計中需注意的問題。

Design and analysis of a large-span special-shaped suspension steel bridge with arch structure

Abstract:Due to the architecture modeling and functional requirements of the bridge, the steel structure non-vehicle bridge uses special-shaped suspension arch structure. A three-span steel box beam with spans of 24m, 54m and 28m respectively is arranged in direction along steel bridge and the width across the bridge ranges from 8-250m to 14-721m according to the bridge shape. In order to realize reasonable mechanical structure as a whole, the bridge sets three square steel tube arches and 32 suspension cables. The structural system selection and design parameters of bridge arch and steel beam were studied and analyzed. Force-finding analysis was used to determine initial tension force of cables. Beam element model and multi-scale model were established by SAP2000 software to conduct static analysis and dynamic analysis on the structural system under different load combinations, to obtain the mechanical and deformation characteristics of the structure. Based on this, multiple schemes were compared and designed on bridge foundation forms to guarantee the reliability and safety of the overall bridge design. At last, the problems that should be paid attention to in the design of special-shaped steel structure bridge were discussed.
