[摘要]宿遷開發(fā)區(qū)光電中心光電塔結(jié)構(gòu)采用交叉網(wǎng)格筒中筒鋼結(jié)構(gòu)體系,基礎(chǔ)形式為樁基礎(chǔ)。光電塔表皮為復(fù)雜異形曲面,塔處于高烈度區(qū)且受風(fēng)荷載大,如何確定結(jié)構(gòu)的空間布置、設(shè)計(jì)復(fù)雜結(jié)構(gòu)及其連接節(jié)點(diǎn)為設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)。介紹了光電塔結(jié)構(gòu)體系、桿件截面形式及設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo);基于MIDAS Gen,YJK軟件對(duì)上部結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算以確保分析結(jié)果的可靠性,在計(jì)算時(shí)除考慮恒荷載、活荷載、風(fēng)荷載、地震作用外,還考慮了溫度作用,并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)的整體穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行了分析;對(duì)典型復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能以及基于CATIA二次開發(fā)技術(shù)進(jìn)行節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)及其施工圖生成進(jìn)行了初步介紹。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范要求。

Structural design of photoelectric tower in Suqian Development Zone Photoelectric Center

Abstract:The photoelectric tower in Suqian Development Zone Photoelectric Center adopts staggered grid tube-in-tube steel structural system, and the pile foundation is adopted. The epidermal form of the tower is complex irregular surface and the tower locates at high seismic intensity area with large wind load, so the design difficulties include the structural spatial layout determination, complex structure design and connection joint design. The structural system of the tower was introduced as well as the member section form and design goals. Based on programs of MIDAS Gen and YJK, the upper structure was calculated to ensure the reliability of the analysis results. During the calculation, not only the dead load, live load, wind load and earthquake action were considered, but also the thermal action was taken into account, and the overall stability of the structure was also analyzed. The mechanical properties of typical complex joint, and the joint design and its corresponding construction drawing generated based on CATIA secondary development technology were also introduced preliminarily. The calculated results show that the design goals meet the requirements of the codes.
