[摘要]在蘇州現(xiàn)代傳媒廣場地下室結(jié)構(gòu)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)中,采用變剛度調(diào)平方法,對塔樓和裙房基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),調(diào)整差異沉降;對塔樓樁基采用后注漿技術(shù),提高單樁承載力,保證在有限的塔樓核心筒范圍內(nèi)布置合適的樁數(shù),充分挖掘樁基承載的潛力。地下室外墻采用兩墻合一技術(shù),極大節(jié)約了土建成本,縮短了施工工期,取得良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益;局部緊鄰地鐵沿線處考慮雙墻結(jié)構(gòu),避免引起地鐵沿線的水土擾動,保證安全運(yùn)行。加強(qiáng)主體結(jié)構(gòu)和連續(xù)墻的連接構(gòu)造,保證其與主體結(jié)構(gòu)受力構(gòu)件整體協(xié)調(diào)。

Structural design on the basement of Modern Media Plaza in Suzhou

Abstract:In the basement foundation design of Modern Media Plaza in Suzhou, variable rigidity design method was adopted to optimize the foundation designs of the main tower building and podium to adjust differential settlement. The post grouting technique was adopted in tower foundation to improve the bearing capacity of the single pile, which could ensure the appropriate numbers of piles are arranged in the limited corewall areas to fully use the potential of the bearing capacity of pile foundation. Basement exterior wall adopted technology of dual\|purpose diaphragm wall that could work as retaining wall as well as outside wall of the basement, which greatly saved construction cost, shortened the construction period, and obtained good economic benefits. Double wall structure was adopted in areas closely adjacent to the metro line, to avoid disturbance of soil and water along the metro line to ensure safe operation. The connection structure between the main structure and continuous wall was strengthened, to ensure the overall coordination between the connection and main structural components.
