[摘要]蘇州合景大型商業(yè)綜合體地下3層,地上裙房為8層框架結(jié)構(gòu),塔樓為22層框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu),總高度93-190m。本項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)形狀不規(guī)則,體型復(fù)雜,通過PKPM,ETABS軟件進(jìn)行多遇地震、設(shè)防烈度地震、罕遇地震下的結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算分析,并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行Pushover分析、溫度應(yīng)力分析。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,通過多種軟件計(jì)算分析以及采取有針對(duì)性的加強(qiáng)措施,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)結(jié)構(gòu)預(yù)定的性能設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),保證了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全及抗震性能。

Structural design of Hejing Large Commercial Complex in Suzhou

Abstract:Hejing Large Commercial Complex in Suzhou has three layers underground, and upper podium is an 8-layer frame structure. The tower is a 22-layer frame-shear wall structure with a total height of 93-190m. The project structure shape is irregular and complex. Software of PKPM and ETABS were used to conduct structure calculation and analysis under the frequent, fortification and rare earthquakes, and the Pushover analysis, temperature stress analysis were conducted on the structure.The calculation results show that the performance of the structure can be achieved by a variety of software calculation and analysis as well as the targeted strengthening measures,which ensure the safety and seismic performance of the structure.Keywords:large commercial complex; frame structure; out-of-code analysis; temperature stress; Pushove analysis
