[摘要]鄭東新區(qū)龍湖金融中心某辦公樓采用框架-核心筒結(jié)構(gòu)體系,樓板、屋蓋采用現(xiàn)澆混凝土空心樓蓋技術(shù)。重點介紹了該項目的地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計、結(jié)構(gòu)體系及方案選擇、空心樓板設(shè)計及構(gòu)造詳圖、寬扁梁柱節(jié)點構(gòu)造等幾個方面?,F(xiàn)澆空心樓蓋采用填充箱與輕質(zhì)管作為填充體,400mm厚空心樓板的空心率達到46-8%,介紹了空心樓板配筋計算及撓度驗算。

Structural design of an office building in Longhu Financial Center in Zhengdong New District

Abstract:An office building in Longhu Financial Center in Zhengdong New District adopts frame-corewall structural system. The floor and roof adopt cast-in-situ concrete hollow floor technology. The foundation design, structural system and scheme selection, hollow floor design and construction detail, and connection structure of column-slim beam were introduced in detail. The cast-in-situ hollow slab uses packing box and light pipe as the filler and the volumetric void ratio of 400mm thick hollow floor reached 46-8%. The calculation of reinforcement and deflection of the hollow floor were introduced.
