[摘要]對某隔震結(jié)構(gòu)支座頂升更換試驗進(jìn)行了介紹,包括主體結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力分析、變形差預(yù)測、結(jié)構(gòu)頂升、支座更換及安裝。其中頂升方案采用的是異步頂升法,并詳細(xì)介紹了異步頂升法的設(shè)計及關(guān)鍵技術(shù),主要包括異步頂升法的傳力裝置、頂升器的布置以及豎向位移控制體系等,同時對異步頂升法進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。

Experimental study on jacking-up replacement of isolation bearing for a frame-shear wall structure

Abstract:The jacking-up replacement test of the bearing of an isolation structure was introduced, including the internal force analysis of the main structure, the prediction of the deformation difference, the jacking-up of the structure, the replacement and installation of the bearing. The jacking-up scheme adopted asynchronous jacking-up method, and the design and key technologies of asynchronous jacking-up method were introduced including arrangement of force transmission device and jacking-up machine and the vertical displacement control system in asynchronous jacking-up method. And the economic analysis was carried out on asynchronous jacking-up method.
