[摘要]為研究橡膠隔震支座與隔震支墩螺栓連接部位在豎向及水平地震作用下的受力特性,分別對(duì)直徑600mm和700mm的鉛芯隔震支座進(jìn)行了豎向和水平剪切變形加載的試驗(yàn)研究。為模擬鋼筋混凝土支墩與支座連接面的接觸特性,在支座的底部設(shè)置了一塊50mm厚的鋼筋混凝土板。支座豎向加載后,預(yù)緊的螺栓出現(xiàn)了應(yīng)力松弛現(xiàn)象。面壓12MPa的支座發(fā)生剪切變形時(shí)與面壓0MPa的支座發(fā)生剪切變形時(shí)螺栓的軸力變化歷程雖有較大差異,但達(dá)到水平極限剪切變形時(shí),兩種情況下受拉側(cè)螺栓拉力值接近。根據(jù)《橡膠支座 第3部分:建筑隔震橡膠支座》(GB 20688-3—2006)附錄G中的公式計(jì)算的隔震支座安裝螺栓的拉力也與試驗(yàn)值接近。此外試驗(yàn)中出現(xiàn)了鋼筋混凝土板角部混凝土開裂和脫落的現(xiàn)象,說(shuō)明螺栓會(huì)在螺孔產(chǎn)生較大的外劈作用力,實(shí)際工程中應(yīng)予以注意。

Experimental study on mechanical characteristics of anchor bolt for rubber isolation bearing

Abstract:To study the mechanical characteristics of bolt connection parts of rubber isolation bearings and isolation piers under vertical and horizontal earthquake loads, experimental studies were conducted on vertical and horizontal shear deformation loading of lead core isolation bearings with diameters of 600mm and 700mm respectively. In order to simulate the contact characteristics of the reinforced concrete pier and the bearing connection surface, a reinforced concrete slab with 50mm thick was set at the bottom of the bearing. After the bearing was loaded vertically, the stress relaxation phenomenon was appeared in the pre-tightening bolt. There is large difference between bolt axial force variation processes in bearing shear deformation with surface pressure of 12MPa and 0MPa respectively, but tension-side bolt tension values for the two conditions were close when achieving the ultimate horizontal shear deformation. According to the formula of Appendix G of Rubber bearings-third part: building isolation rubber bearings (GB 20688-3—2006), the calculated isolation bearing installation bolt′s tension is also close to the test values. In addition, the phenomena of corner concrete cracking and peeling in reinforced concrete slab appear in experiment, which indicates that the bolt will generate large splitting force in screw holes and attention should be paid for this in practical engineering.
