[摘要]襄陽科技館鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋為空間異形結(jié)構(gòu),屋蓋造型似星云狀,由三個空間曲面圍合拉伸而成,結(jié)構(gòu)體系為空間交叉網(wǎng)格體系。屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)分別支承于主屋脊線環(huán)梁、2層樓面周邊環(huán)梁及內(nèi)部核心筒頂部鉸接支點(diǎn)上。屋蓋建模采用Rhino及Grasshopper的參數(shù)化建模手段,采用SAP2000軟件進(jìn)行了包括溫度作用、風(fēng)荷載、地震作用在內(nèi)的整體力學(xué)性能分析,并利用ANSYS軟件進(jìn)行了考慮屋蓋幾何非線性和材料非線性的整體屈曲分析及關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的數(shù)值模擬分析,驗(yàn)證了該屋蓋體系具有良好的抗震性能,滿足設(shè)計要求。

Design on steel roof structure of Xiangyang Science and Technology Museum

Abstract:The steel roof structure of Xiangyang Science and Technology Museum is an irregular space structure in a shape of galaxy which incised by three space curved faces. The steel roof structure is spatial cross-grid system and supported on the ridge beam, circumferential beam of the second floor as well as the hinged strut on the shear-wall core. The steel roof structure is modeled by Rhino and Grasshopper through parametric modeling method. Global mechanical performance analysis under temperature, wind load, earthquake was analyzed by SAP2000 software. ANSYS was used for steel roof buckling analysis as well as the node finite element analysis which taking both the geometric nonlinearity and material nonlinearity into account. The analysis above verifies the roof system has good performance, which satisfies the design requirements.
