[摘要]石家莊站站棚為無(wú)站臺(tái)柱雨棚,站棚屋面采用連續(xù)多跨柱面網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu),網(wǎng)殼通過主構(gòu)件支承在鋼管柱上。兩列邊柱采用鋼管混凝土柱,以提高結(jié)構(gòu)抗側(cè)剛度,為網(wǎng)殼提供可靠的邊界約束。由于網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的曲面造型,溫度效應(yīng)對(duì)屋面超長(zhǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力不起控制作用。綜合考慮材料非線性和幾何非線性的影響,對(duì)站棚網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了極限承載力分析和彈塑性時(shí)程分析,后者同時(shí)考慮行波效應(yīng)的影響。分析結(jié)果表明,鋼管混凝土邊柱為網(wǎng)殼提供了有效的側(cè)向約束,網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)具有足夠的承載力安全系數(shù);站棚結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗震性能。

Structural design of the canopy in Shijiazhuang Railway Station

Abstract:The canopy of Shijiazhuang Railway Station is a non-platform column canopy. Continuous multi-span cylinder latticed shell structure is used in canopy roof and latticed shell is supported on the steel pipe columns by main members. The two arrays of side columns are concrete-filled steel pipe columns to increase the lateral stiffness of the structure and provide credible boundaries constraints. Because of the curved surface of the latticed shell structure, the temperature effect is not the controlling factor to the inter force of the super-long roof structure. Considering the influences of material nonlinearity and geometric nonlinearity, the ultimate load bearing capacity analysis and elastic-plastic time-history analysis were carried out. Meanwhile, the traveling-wave effect was also taken into account for the elastic-plastic time-history analysis. The analysis results show that the concrete-filled steel pipe columns on the two sides provide effective lateral restraints for the latticed shell, so the safety factor of the latticed shell′s load-bearing capacity is large enough for requirement. The whole canopy structure has good seismic performance.
