[摘要]某多層結(jié)構(gòu)平面凹凸不規(guī)則,設(shè)計建造標準較低,現(xiàn)擬對其進行鋼結(jié)構(gòu)增層及改擴建,并實現(xiàn)功能轉(zhuǎn)換。按照現(xiàn)行抗震規(guī)范及檢測鑒定規(guī)范規(guī)定提高結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震設(shè)防類別,并對房屋進行抗震鑒定,發(fā)現(xiàn)該房屋在承載力和抗震措施方面均存在較大不足。介紹了鋼結(jié)構(gòu)增層改擴建設(shè)計中既有建筑的承載能力加強和抗震構(gòu)造措施加強的設(shè)計;分析了增層改擴建后結(jié)構(gòu)的整體抗震性能;并提出改擴建施工中注意事項。

Seismic design of a multilayer irregular structure after adding-layer retrofitting and extension

Abstract:A multilayer structure has irregular plane of concave and convex, and design and construction standards are low. Now the steel structure adding layers and retrofitting and extension are to conduct to realize the function conversion. According to the current seismic code as well as detection and identification specification, the structure’s seismic fortification category was to improve, and the seismic identification was conducted on the building to find there are large deficiencies in bearing capacity and seismic structural measures of the building. The designs of bearing capacity reinforcement and seismic structural strengthening measures of the existing building were introduced in steel structure adding layers and retrofitting and extension. The overall seismic performance of the structure after adding layers retrofitting and extension was analyzed. Points for attention in the retrofitting and extension construction were put forward.
