某超限復(fù)雜高層結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能分析與設(shè)計(jì)*

[摘要]某大型醫(yī)院新建病房樓主樓采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,裙房采用框架結(jié)構(gòu),二者之間不設(shè)防震縫。由于新建病房樓結(jié)構(gòu)存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、凹凸不規(guī)則、主樓偏心布置及立面收進(jìn)等超限情況,與老病房樓之間還設(shè)置了高位架空連廊,新建病房樓屬于超限復(fù)雜高層結(jié)構(gòu)。首先介紹新建病房樓的工程特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)布置及超限情況,然后對(duì)整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了彈性分析、時(shí)程分析和Pushover分析,最后有針對(duì)性地提出了抗震措施。結(jié)果表明,新建病房樓結(jié)構(gòu)達(dá)到了預(yù)期的抗震性能目標(biāo),結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)滿足規(guī)范要求。

Seismic performance analysis and design of an out-of-code and complicated high-rise structure

Abstract:The main building of the newly-built ward building of a large-scale hospital adopts the frame-shearwall structural system and the podium adopts frame structure, and there is no seismic joint between them. The newly-built ward building belongs to the out-of-code and complicated high-rise structure because there are out-of-code conditions of torsion irregularity, concave-convex irregularity, eccentric arrangement of main building and vertical setback and there are also high spatial corridors connected with the old ward building. First, project characteristics, structural arrangements and out-of-code conditions of the newly-built ward building were introduced. Then elastic analysis, time-history analysis and Pushover analysis were conducted on the whole structure. Finally, specific seismic measures were proposed. The results show that the newly-built ward building can achieve the expected seismic performance objectives, and structural design meets the code requirements.
