[摘要]青島市地鐵2號線一期工程遼陽東路車輛基地為巨型柱框支剪力墻超限高層建筑,外包尺寸南北方向約為795m,東西方向約為317m,設(shè)有兩道伸縮縫,形成具有A,B,C三區(qū)上托21個(gè)住宅塔樓的復(fù)雜轉(zhuǎn)換結(jié)構(gòu),存在4項(xiàng)不規(guī)則。根據(jù)本項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)體系特點(diǎn),通過采取合理的抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)和方法、加強(qiáng)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的設(shè)計(jì)等措施,保證了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性;采取設(shè)卡棱貝格道床墊、采用分倉法施工等可靠措施解決了蓋下車輛振動(dòng)噪聲對蓋上物業(yè)的影響及結(jié)構(gòu)超長問題。

Out-of-code high-rise structural design of East Liaoyang Road vehicle base of the first phase project of Qingdao Metro Line 2

Abstract:East Liaoyang Road vehicle base of the first phase project of Qingdao Metro Line 2 adopts mega-column frame supported shear wall out-of-code high-rise structure which has overall dimension size about 795m in the north-south direction and about 317m in east-west direction. There are two expansion joints to form a complex transformations structure to support upper 21 residential buildings in three districts of A, B and C. The project includes a total of four irregularities. According to the structural system features of the project, measures were adopted including the reasonable performance-based seismic design goals and methods and strengthening critical component design, to ensure the reliability of the structural design. This project adopts reliable measures as Calenberg road mattress and separate warehouse method construction to solve the problem of vehicle vibration noise effect on the over-track property development and the problem of super-long structure.
