[摘要]武漢萬達K7-3辦公樓為超B級高度的超限高層建筑,采用框架-核心筒結構體系。從概念設計出發(fā),通過在結構整體分析、基礎選型、結構布置、抗震性能化設計、結構構件專項設計等方面的反復對比和深入研究,保證了結構的安全性和經濟性。最后提出了設定首層為薄弱層、地震剪力放大1-25倍,提高首層框架、筒體抗震等級至特一級,設置框架柱和核心筒角部型鋼以提高其承載力和延性的針對超限工程的抗震加強措施。

Structural design on out-of-code high-rise Wanda K7-3 office building in Wuhan

Abstract:Wanda K7-3 office building in Wuhan is an out-of-code high-rise building, which exceeds the B-level of requirements of the code. The frame-corewall structural system is adopted. Based conceptual design, the structure security and economy were ensured through the repeated comparison and in-depth study of overall structure analysis, foundation selection, structure arrangement, performance-based seismic design and special design of structural components and so on. Finally it proposed to set the first layer for weak layer, with seismic shear force amplified for 1-25 times. The seismic grades of frame and corewall at first layer were improved to the special level. Frame columns and section steel at corewall corners were set to improve the bearing capacity and ductility to act as the seismic strengthening measures for the out-of-code project.
