[摘要]北京新機(jī)場航站樓建筑規(guī)模宏大、主體結(jié)構(gòu)體系復(fù)雜、地層土質(zhì)不均勻、航站樓中心區(qū)地下2層設(shè)有高鐵和地鐵車站且高鐵等軌道貫穿,因此本工程基礎(chǔ)采用基于差異變形控制準(zhǔn)則確定的樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計方案。通過對勘察報告地層參數(shù)指標(biāo)和試驗樁數(shù)據(jù)的分析,比選確定基樁樁型、樁端持力層與樁長、成樁施工工藝及后注漿工藝參數(shù),考慮基樁-筏板基礎(chǔ)-地基協(xié)同作用并依據(jù)巖土工程數(shù)值計算分析結(jié)果指導(dǎo)樁基設(shè)計方案的調(diào)整優(yōu)化,經(jīng)過多次反復(fù)迭代循環(huán),最終所確定的樁筏基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計方案滿足建筑基礎(chǔ)沉降變形控制的嚴(yán)格要求。

Design and analysis of pile raft foundation of Beijing New Airport Terminal Building based on differential deformation control

Abstract:Beijing New Airport Terminal Building has large scale, complex main structural system and uneven stratum and soil conditions. There are a high-speed rail and subway stations throughout the whole of area of the underground 2nd layer of Terminal Building′s central area. Therefore, in this project, the pile raft foundation design scheme was adopted based on the differential deformation control criteria. Through analyzing the stratum parameter indices and test piles data in survey report, comparison was conducted to determine pile type, pile tip bearing layers and the pile length, pile construction technology and post-grouting process parameters. Pile-raft foundation-soil interaction was considered and the optimization of pile-raft foundation design scheme was guided based on analysis results of geotechnical engineering numerical analysis. After several iteration cycles, ultimately determined pile raft foundation met the stringent requirements of settlement deformation control for the building foundation.
