[摘要]靖江市金融商務(wù)區(qū)連體雙塔結(jié)構(gòu)總高92-5m,連體跨度42m,為特大跨度的高位連體超限結(jié)構(gòu)。主體雙塔采用鋼筋混凝土框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,連體采用鋼桁架與次框架結(jié)構(gòu)。根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)采取了有針對(duì)性的加強(qiáng)措施,合理選取抗震性能化設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),分析了連體樓板及關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)應(yīng)力,對(duì)連體鋼桁架進(jìn)行抗連續(xù)倒塌設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)整體結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行大震彈塑性時(shí)程分析,對(duì)大跨度連體進(jìn)行豎向舒適度分析。結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)能實(shí)現(xiàn)預(yù)設(shè)的抗震性能目標(biāo),并具有較好的豎向舒適度水準(zhǔn)。

Structural design on out-of-code high-rise linked twin-tower building in Finance and Business Center in Jingjiang

Abstract:The 92-5-meter-high linked-twin-tower in Finance and Business Center in Jingjiang has 42-meter-span connections between towers. It is an out-of-code super-large-span high level connecting structure. The main twin-towers adopt reinforced concrete frame-shear wall structural system. Connecting structure adopts steel truss and sub frame structure. According to the characteristics of the structure, corresponding strengthening measures were taken. Performance-based seismic design indices were reasonably selected. The stresses of the connected floor and the key nodes were analyzed. Progressive collapse prevention design was conducted on connected steel truss. Elasto-plastic time-history analysis was conducted on the overall structure under rare earthquake. The vertical comfort level analysis of large-span connected structure was conducted. The results show that the structure can achieve the established goal of seismic performance, and has a good vertical comfort level.
