[摘要]昆明科技金融中心塔樓結(jié)構(gòu)高度為195-8m,塔樓核心筒平面呈L形布置,分別對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)體系方案、加強(qiáng)層方案、支撐布置方案及不同方案的經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。最終選用了鋼管混凝土框架-鋼支撐結(jié)構(gòu)體系這一經(jīng)濟(jì)合理的結(jié)構(gòu)方案,沿結(jié)構(gòu)高度方向布置了三道腰桁架。對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)多項(xiàng)指標(biāo)超限情況采用基于性能化的抗震設(shè)計(jì)方法,并進(jìn)行了彈性和彈塑性時(shí)程分析。結(jié)果表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)體系安全可行,可滿足預(yù)期的抗震性能要求。

Structural system optimization and economic comparison of Kunming Technology and Financial Center tower

Abstract:Kunming Technology and Financial Center tower has structural height of 195-8m and the core-wall of the tower features L-shape in plane. Economic and technical indices of different structure schemes, waist truss schemes, outriggers schemes and brace schemes were analyzed and compared. Concrete-filled steel tubular frame-steel braced structure scheme was finally adopted for its economy and reasonability. There were three waist trusses along the structure′s height direction in this structure scheme. Performance-based seismic design method was adopted considering the condition that multiple structural indicators are out-of-code. The elastic and elastic-plastic time-history analyses were carried out. Results show that the structural system is safe and feasible and can meet the expected seismic performance requirements.
