[摘要]北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)總建筑面積約143萬(wàn)m2,包括航站樓、停車樓、綜合服務(wù)樓,航站樓平面為五角星形,南北長(zhǎng)996m,東西寬1 144m,頂點(diǎn)標(biāo)高約為50m,主體結(jié)構(gòu)為鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),核心區(qū)采用層間隔震技術(shù)。屋蓋及支承系統(tǒng)采用鋼結(jié)構(gòu),屋蓋投影面積35萬(wàn)m2,分為中央大廳和指廊。中央大廳部分屋蓋由C形柱、支撐筒、北側(cè)幕墻支撐框架、鋼管柱和其他幕墻柱支承。指廊由鋼管柱和幕墻柱支承,屋蓋為自由曲面,結(jié)構(gòu)形式為網(wǎng)架和桁架,圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)為帶鋁合金裝飾板的直立鎖邊屋面。主要闡釋航站樓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的關(guān)鍵問(wèn)題,包括隔震設(shè)計(jì)、復(fù)雜鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換、溫度作用對(duì)主體結(jié)構(gòu)的影響、高鐵穿越航站區(qū)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的影響、樁筏基礎(chǔ)差異沉降變形控制設(shè)計(jì)與分析。

Design and research on terminal building of Beijing New Airport

Abstract:Beijing New Airport covers a total floor area of 1 430 000 square meters, including terminal buildings, parking buildings and synthesis service buildings. Terminal building plane has configuration of pentagram, with north-south length of 996m, east-west width of 1 144m and vertex elevation of about 50m. The main structure is reinforced concrete frame structure, and core area adopts the interlayer seismic isolation technology. Roof and supporting system adopt steel structure with roof projection area of 350 000 square meters, and the roof is composed of the central hall and gallery. Part roof of the central hall is supported by the C-shaped columns, supporting cylinders, support frames for the curtain wall on the north side, steel tubular columns and other curtain wall supporting columns. The gallery is supported by steel tubular columns and curtain wall supporting columns. The roof has free curved surface with structural forms of grid and truss, and enclosure system is standing seam roof with aluminum alloy decorative board. Key issues in structural design of the terminal building were mainly illustrated, including the isolation design, complex steel structure, structure transformation, effect of temperature on the main structure, effect of high speed railway through the terminal area on structural design, deformation control design and analysis of pile raft foundation difference settlement.
