折線先張預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁受力性能試驗(yàn)研究

(1 鄭州大學(xué)土木工程學(xué)院,鄭州 450002; 2 鄭州大學(xué)綜合設(shè)計(jì)研究院,鄭州 450002)[摘要]折線先張預(yù)應(yīng)力梁是采用先張法張拉折線形鋼絞線的一種新型預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁,已開始在橋梁工程中應(yīng)用。結(jié)合某高速公路淮河橋工程,進(jìn)行了跨度為35m的折線先張法預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁受力性能試驗(yàn),對鋼絞線的預(yù)應(yīng)力損失,混凝土的應(yīng)力,箱梁的抗裂性能、撓度以及承載力進(jìn)行了分析。結(jié)果表明折線先張預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土箱梁的受力性能良好,為工程應(yīng)用提供了依據(jù)。[關(guān)鍵詞]預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土; 先張法; 折線形預(yù)應(yīng)力筋; 受彎承載力Experimental study on bending behavior of prestressed concrete box beam with pretensioned bent-up tendonsWang Xinyu1, Liu Jiahui2, Liu Lixin1(1 School of Civil Engineering, Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou 450002, China;2 Zhengzhou University Multi-functional Design and Research Academy, Zhengzhou 450002, China)Abstract:Prestressed concrete beams with pretensioned bent-up tendons are newly prestressed beams, and have been used in bridge engineering. Combining with the engineering of Huaihe River Bridge, the test of a prestressed concrete box beam with pretensioned bent-up tendons under loading, which has a span length of 35m, was carried out. The prestress losses of tendons, the stress of concrete, the cracking resistance, the deflection and the flexural capacity of the prestressed concrete box beam were analyzed.
