[摘要]北京保利國際廣場斜交網(wǎng)格外筒由約45°角交叉編織的鋼管混凝土斜柱和水平環(huán)梁組成,外網(wǎng)格節(jié)點匯集了斜柱、水平環(huán)梁、水平徑向梁等構(gòu)件,且需灌注混凝土,構(gòu)造復(fù)雜。為了實現(xiàn)節(jié)點承載力大于構(gòu)件承載力的強節(jié)點設(shè)計原則,采用一種新的節(jié)點構(gòu)造形式,對節(jié)點進行概念設(shè)計,提出交叉網(wǎng)格外筒節(jié)點區(qū)域內(nèi)混凝土豎向抗壓強度參與系數(shù)的計算方法。為驗證節(jié)點構(gòu)造的合理性,了解節(jié)點實際工作狀態(tài)、破壞機理、承載能力和混凝土發(fā)揮的作用,進行6個比例為1∶5-5的節(jié)點模型試驗,并進行有限元分析。結(jié)果表明,交叉網(wǎng)格外筒節(jié)點的試驗值與有限元計算值吻合良好,節(jié)點的設(shè)計方法可行,節(jié)點構(gòu)造合理,相關(guān)經(jīng)驗可用于其他工程相似節(jié)點的設(shè)計分析。

Node design of diagrid outer tube of Beijing Poly International Plaza

Abstract:The diagrid outer tube of Beijing Poly International Plaza is composed of concrete filled tubular (CFT) inclined column and horizontal ring beam that are crossly woven in about 45 degrees angle. Outer grid nodes include components of inclined columns, horizontal ring beams and horizontal radial beams. The components are complicated structures and need concrete pouring. In order to achieve the strong node design principle of node bearing capacity greater than that of components, a new node form was adopted and concept design was conducted on the node. The calculation method of the participation coefficient of the vertical compressive strength of concrete in the node region of diagrid outer tube was put forward. In order to verify the rationality of node structure and understand node’s actual working state, failure mechanism, bearing capacity and the role played by concrete, node model test on six models with ratio of 1∶5-5 were carried out as well as finite element analysis. The results show that the test and finite element calculation results of diagrid outer tube node are in good agreement, and the node design method is feasible with reasonable structure. The relevant experience can be used in design and analysis of similar nodes in other engineering.
