［摘要］結(jié)合杭州幾個(gè)實(shí)際工程案例，重點(diǎn)闡述了地鐵上蓋物業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過程中遇到的問題，并通過詳盡可靠的計(jì)算分析，采取了切實(shí)可行的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)措施。通過設(shè)置水平轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件以及抗震性能計(jì)算分析，有效解決了上下不同結(jié)構(gòu)布置的豎向構(gòu)件轉(zhuǎn)換問題。通過設(shè)置混凝土柱與鋼柱接駁節(jié)點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)換疊合暗梁等方式，有效解決了預(yù)留結(jié)構(gòu)的接駁問題。通過在鋼軌與軌枕之間加隔振材料和采用浮置板隔振系統(tǒng)，達(dá)到了較好的振源減振效果。

Abstract:Combining several practical engineering cases in Hangzhou, the problems encountered during the design on the property structure on the subway were mainly expounded. Through detailed and reliable analysis, the effective measures for structural design were taken. By setting the level conversion components and calculation and analysis of seismic performance, the problems of vertical components transformation in different structures were effectively solved. By setting connection joints between concrete columns and steel columns， and by taking the structural transfer of laminated beam, the connection problems of reserved structures were effectively solved. By setting isolation materials between the rail and sleeper, and by taking floating slab isolation system, the subway induced vibrations were effectively alleviated.
