汕頭華潤中心8號樓采用廣東省高規(guī)的抗震性能化設(shè)計

[摘要]汕頭市華潤中心8號樓底部6層為商業(yè)裙房,上部為商務(wù)辦公。該項目存在扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則、尺寸突變、豎向構(gòu)件不連續(xù)及高位柱轉(zhuǎn)換等不規(guī)則項。采用抗震性能化設(shè)計方法,設(shè)定性能目標(biāo)C級,依據(jù)廣東省高規(guī)進行了小震、風(fēng)荷載作用下的結(jié)構(gòu)分析,并采取等效彈性方法對結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件進行了中、大震下的承載力驗算,采用PKPM-SAUSAGE程序進行了罕遇地震彈塑性動力時程分析,對結(jié)構(gòu)整體性態(tài)和關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件的塑性開展進行了研究。結(jié)果表明,項目各關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件滿足所設(shè)定的抗震性能目標(biāo),結(jié)構(gòu)具有良好的抗震性能。

Performance-based seismic design of tower 8 in Shantou China Resources Center using Guangdong technical specification for concrete structures of tall building

Abstract:Tower 8 of Shantou China Resources Center  is a high-rise building with six-story commercial podium at the bottom and business office at upper part. There are irregular items in the project including torsional irregularity, dimension mutation, discontinuity of vertical component and high level transfer with columns. The performance-based seismic design method was used with a C-level performance target. According to Guangdong technical specification for concrete structures of tall building, the structure was analyzed under frequent earthquake and wind load. The key structural components were checked through equivalent elastic method under fortification and rare earthquakes. The elastic-plastic dynamic time-history analysis using PKPM-SAUSAGE program was taken to research the overall structural performance and the plasticity development of key components under the rare earthquake. The results show that all the key structural components meet the established seismic performance objectives and the structure has a good seismic performance.
