[摘要]深圳地鐵匯通大廈采用鋼筋混凝土框架-核心筒雙重抗側(cè)力體系,外圍框架柱底部24層采用型鋼混凝土柱;工程西側(cè)裙房為20m大跨結(jié)構(gòu),東側(cè)裙房懸挑為10m,塔樓北側(cè)7~13層設(shè)置斜柱。介紹項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計(jì)指標(biāo),并對(duì)多程序的計(jì)算結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比。整體結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)融入了性能化設(shè)計(jì)思想,主要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件滿足中震不屈服(關(guān)鍵構(gòu)件在中震作用下保持彈性)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),對(duì)W形鋼管柱、空腹桁架、斜柱受力進(jìn)行了細(xì)致分析,并對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行大震作用下的動(dòng)力彈塑性時(shí)程分析,結(jié)構(gòu)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)滿足抗震性能化及規(guī)范的要求。

Structural design of Shenzhen Metro Huitong Building

Abstract:Shenzhen Metro Huitong Building is an out-of-code high-rise building. It adopts the dual lateral resistance system of reinforced concrete frame-corewall system with steel reinforced concrete columns adopted in peripheral frame columns in bottom 24 layers. The project′s podium on the west side is a 20m large-span structure, and the podium on the east side has 10m suspension, and inclined columns are set between 7~13 layers of the north side of the tower. The structural system and the overall design indices of the project were briefly introduced and the calculation results of different programs were analyzed and compared. Performance-based design theories were integrated into designs of overall structure and components and the main lateral resistance components met design objectives of not yielding under fortification earthquake, that is, key components keeping elastic under fortification earthquake. The mechanics of W-shaped steel tube column, the vierendeel truss and inclined columns were analyzed in detail, and the dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis was carried out on the structure under the rare earthquake. All the indicators of the structure met the requirements of performance-based seismic design and the specifications.
