深圳灣創(chuàng)新科技中心超高層連體結構設計

[摘要]深圳灣創(chuàng)新科技中心兩棟超高層塔樓由兩道連接體相連,兩棟塔樓高度不等,為非對稱雙塔連體結構。主體結構采用鋼管混凝土疊合柱框架-鋼筋混凝土核心筒混合結構,連體均采用鋼絎架結構。首先介紹了本項目的工程概況、結構方案選擇、連體結構設計要點、主要構件尺寸與材料,然后介紹了結構超限情況、風洞試驗與規(guī)范風荷載作用下對比分析、小震彈性分析、彈性時程分析、中震分析和大震分析等內容。分析結果表明,對于帶連體的超高層結構,應考慮盡量少設置加強層,以減少對豎向剛度突變的不利影響,同時還需采用最可靠的、對建筑立面效果、幕墻等影響小的連接方式,并針對此提出了相應的解決方案。

Connected structure design of super-tall tower of Shenzhen Bay Innovation and Technology Centre

Abstract:Shenzhen Bay Innovation and Technology Centre consists of two super-tall towers linked by two connected structures. The whole building structure is an asymmetrical twin-tower connective structure because the heights of two towers are different. The main structure adopts concrete filled steel tube laminated column frame-reinforced concrete corewall hybrid structure. The connected structures adopt steel truss structure. The contents were introduced including the project overview, structural scheme selection, key points in connected structure design, size and material for main components, out-of-code conditions for the structure, comparison and analysis of the structure under wind tunnel test and specification wind load actions, elastic analysis under frequent earthquakes, elastic time-history analysis, analyses under fortification earthquake and rare earthquake. Analysis results show that there should be minimum strengthening layers as far as possible in the super-tall towers linked with connected structure to reduce the negative impact of the vertical stiffness mutation. At the same time, the most reliable connecting method with small impacts on the building elevation effect and curtain wall should also be adopted, and relevant solutions were proposed.
