[摘要]泡沫微晶玻璃磚是由陶瓷廢料、粉煤灰、尾礦等工業(yè)廢棄物為主要原料制作而成的,是一種輕質(zhì)、高強(qiáng)、保溫、可回收的新型的環(huán)保材料,可有效地緩解人地矛盾,促進(jìn)人類社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。為了進(jìn)一步推廣該新型材料的應(yīng)用,采用砌體基本力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)方法,對(duì)三種不同混合砂漿條件下的泡沫微晶玻璃磚砌體進(jìn)行了軸心抗壓試驗(yàn),其受壓破壞過程及形態(tài)與燒結(jié)普通磚砌體相似。最后,提出了泡沫微晶玻璃磚砌體抗壓強(qiáng)度平均值建議公式及彈性模量建議計(jì)算公式。

Experimental research on compressive strength of foam crystallized glass brick masonry

Abstract:Foam crystallized glass brick is mainly made from ceramic waste, fly ash, tailings and other industrial wastes. It is a new type of environmentally and friendly material with lightweight, high strength, thermal insulation and recyclability. It can effectively alleviate the contradiction between man and land and promote the sustainable development of human society. In order to further promote the application of this new material, axial compressive tests on foam crystallized glass bricks with three different mixed mortar conditions were carried out by using the basic mechanical property test method of masonry. The compression failure process and morphology were similar as that of common sintered brick masonry. Finally, the suggested formula for average value of the compressive strength of the foam crystallized glass brick was proposed and the suggested calculating formula for the elastic modulus was proposed.
