[摘要]材料的阻尼是衡量材料本身耗能性能的主要指標(biāo)。在超高韌性水泥基復(fù)合材料(UHT-ECC)中摻加一定量的聚合物能夠提高UHT-ECC的阻尼。采用自由振動法測試得到了增強(qiáng)阻尼ECC懸臂梁在不同初始頂點(diǎn)位移下的自由衰減曲線,應(yīng)用信號處理技術(shù)得到了構(gòu)件阻尼比隨振幅和聚合物摻量變化的規(guī)律。研究了聚灰比、單一乳液及乳液共混對增強(qiáng)UHT-ECC力學(xué)性能和懸臂梁阻尼性能的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了增強(qiáng)阻尼UHT-ECC懸臂梁構(gòu)件阻尼比的計(jì)算理論與方法。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)聚合物采用乳液共混及單一乳液時,最優(yōu)聚灰比宜分別控制在6%~8%及4%~6%之間,UHT-ECC能夠在強(qiáng)度降低不大的情況下,較高地提高其阻尼性能。

Experimental study on damping property of ultra high toughness cementitious engineered composite members

Abstract:The damping of materials is the main index to measure the energy-dissipation capacity of materials. The damping property of the ultra high toughness engineered cementitious composite(UHT-ECC) can be improved by mixing a specified amount of polymer in the UHT-ECC. Displacement decay curves corresponding to high damping UHT-ECC cantilever beams under different initial top displacements were measured with Pree-oscillation method, and the variation laws of damping ratio versus amplitude and the amount of polymer were obtained with signal processing technology. In addition, the influences of polymer-cement ratio, the polymer mix single emulsion and the polymer mix emulsions on compressive strength and damping ratio of high damping UHT-ECC cantilever beams were analyzed. Based on these results, calculation theory and method for damping ratio high damping UHT-ECC cantilever beams were put forward. The test results show that: if the polymer adopts mix emulsions, the optimal polymer-cement ratio is in 6%-8%; if the polymer adopts single emulsions, the optimal polymer-cement ratio is in 4%-6%; and the strength of the UHT-ECC is reduced slightly when its damping capacity is surged.
