超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)溫差收縮效應(yīng)分析及工程實(shí)踐

(華匯工程設(shè)計(jì)集團(tuán)有限公司,紹興 312000)[摘要]結(jié)合實(shí)際工程,給出了超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)中考慮溫度應(yīng)力、混凝土收縮和徐變的具體方法,還從結(jié)構(gòu)布置、后澆帶設(shè)計(jì)及構(gòu)造措施等角度進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)論述。該工程一期三幢廠房已竣工一年,經(jīng)歷一個(gè)溫度變化周期的使用,效果良好。所采用的設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)同類型的超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。[關(guān)鍵詞]超長混凝土結(jié)構(gòu);溫度應(yīng)力;收縮;徐變;后澆帶Analysis of temperature variation and shrinkage effects on over-long concrete structures and engineering practicePeng Ying,Ke Yejun,Chen Weiwen,Xiao Feng(Huahui Engineering Design Group Co., Ltd., Shaoxing 312000, China)Abstract:Based on an engineering project, the specific method was presented in the design of over-long concrete structures, which took the temperature stress, concrete shrinkage and creep into account. The structural arrangement, post-casting strips and constructional measures were elaborated. The first phase of the project, which includes three factory buildings, had been completed for a year and had experienced a temperature variation period with good effectiveness.
