[摘要]通過對Z形試件進(jìn)行直剪試驗,研究鋼纖維超高強(qiáng)混凝土的抗剪性能,著重分析了鋼纖維類型、體積率和鋼筋配箍率對鋼纖維超高強(qiáng)混凝土抗剪強(qiáng)度的影響。試驗結(jié)果表明:與螺旋鋼纖維相比,超細(xì)鋼纖維能夠更好地提高試件的抗剪強(qiáng)度;在合理的體積率范圍內(nèi)(超細(xì)纖維的最優(yōu)抗剪強(qiáng)度體積率位于0-5%~1-5%之間,而螺旋鋼纖維的最優(yōu)抗剪強(qiáng)度體積率位于1-5%~2-5%之間),鋼纖維超高強(qiáng)混凝土的抗剪強(qiáng)度隨著鋼纖維體積率增大而顯著增大;另外,鋼纖維超高強(qiáng)混凝土的延性和抗剪強(qiáng)度隨鋼筋配箍率的增大而顯著提高。

Direct shear experimental research on shear properties of steel fiber reinforced ultra high strength concrete

Abstract:Shear properties of steel fiber reinforced ultra high strength concrete were investigated by direct shear tests on Z-shaped specimens, and the study emphasized on the influences of steel fiber type, volume ratio and stirrup reinforcement ratio on the shear strength of steel fiber reinforced ultra high strength concrete. The test results show that: compared with spiral steel fiber, micro steel fiber can obviously improve shear strength of specimens. Within a reasonable range of the volume ratio (regarding the shear strength, optimum volume ratio ranges 0-5% to 1-5% for micro steel fiber, and 1-5% to 2-5% for spiral steel fiber), the shear strength of steel fiber reinforced ultra high strength concrete increases significantly with the increase of steel fiber volume ratio. Additionally, the ductility and shear strength of steel fiber reinforced ultra high strength concrete also increases significantly with the increase of stirrup ratio.
