鍛造法蘭應用10-9級螺栓的數(shù)值模擬分析

[摘要]為研究10-9級螺栓在鍛造法蘭中的應用,根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的鍛造法蘭設計方法,分別按采用8-8級螺栓以及10-9級螺栓設計試件。在此基礎上,通過有限元軟件ANSYS對法蘭進行非線性數(shù)值分析,計算并對比法蘭的變形特征以及受力性能方面的差異。通過改變法蘭設計參數(shù),比較了法蘭頸坡度、法蘭頸高度系數(shù)Ed對螺栓軸向拉力的影響,結果表明增大法蘭頸高度系數(shù)對螺栓軸向拉力的改善最為簡單有效。建議在應用10-9級螺栓進行法蘭設計時,將法蘭頸高度系數(shù)Ed從2-2調整為2-3,以改善螺栓軸向拉力。分析結果表明,應用10-9級螺栓可節(jié)約7%法蘭總材料費。

Numerical simulation analysis of forging flanges with 10-9-grade bolts

Abstract:In order to study the application of 10-9-grade bolts in forging flanges, specimens with both 8-8-grade bolts and 10-9-grade bolts were designed according to current forging flange design method. On this basis, nonlinear numerical simulation analysis of forging flanges was carried out by finite element software ANSYS, to calculate and compare differences of deformation characteristics and mechanical behaviors of different flanges. The influences of flange neck slope and flange neck height coefficient (Ed) on axial tensile forces of bolts were compared through changing flange design parameters. Results show that increasing Ed is the most simple and effective way to reduce axial tensile forces of bolts. It is suggested that the factor Ed should be increased from 2-2 to 2-3 when designing flange with 10-9-grade bolts to improve axial tensile forces of bolts. Analysis results show that 7 percent of total flange material costs will be saved by using 10-9-grade bolts.
