［摘要］對既有通信基站鐵塔檢測與檢查維護的必要性及重要性進行了論述。指出當(dāng)前國內(nèi)通信基站鐵塔的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題。對通信基站鐵塔安全使用過程中需要檢查與維護的主要內(nèi)容、方法、步驟、注意事項和周期等進行闡述，并對通信基站鐵塔共享改造需要進行檢測評估的范圍進行了界定。為保證桿塔維護登高作業(yè)全過程的安全防護，建議配置新型剛性導(dǎo)軌式安全爬升與防墜落裝置來取代傳統(tǒng)的鋼絲繩安全防墜落裝置。

Detection, inspection and maintenance for safe use of the existing communication base station steel towers

Abstract:The necessity and importance of existing communication base station steel tower′s detection, inspection and maintenance were discussed. The current situation and problems of existing domestic communication steel towers were pointed out. The main contents, methods, steps, matters needing attention and cycles of inspection and maintenance in the safe use process of communication base station steel tower were elaborated. Then the scope of detection evaluation in the sharing transformation of existing communication tower was defined. In order to ensure the safety protection in the whole process of maintenance climbing operations of the tower, a new type of rigid guide rail safety climbing and anti-falling device was proposed to replace the traditional wire rope safety anti-falling device.
