地鐵激勵下房屋的環(huán)境振動與隔振設(shè)計

(1 西安建筑科技大學土木工程學院,西安 710055; 2 同濟大學建筑設(shè)計研究院,上海 200092)[摘要]首先實測分析了鄰近地鐵線路的擬建建筑物場地的環(huán)境振動,然后將實測得到的振動時程作為激勵,研究了特殊功能房間的環(huán)境振動響應(yīng),結(jié)果顯示雖然離地鐵線路20m處環(huán)境振動水平并沒有超過標準的規(guī)定,但是振動傳播到特殊功能房間時卻超出了標準的限值,需要進行隔振。接著對該功能房間進行浮置樓板隔振設(shè)計和分析,結(jié)果表明,合理設(shè)計的浮置樓板系統(tǒng)可以有效地降低地鐵環(huán)境振動11dB,從而達到建筑的功能要求。[關(guān)鍵詞]地鐵振動;彈簧隔振;浮置樓板;1/3倍頻程Environment vibration induced by subway and vibration isolation of a buildingShen Yuekui1, Ding Jiemin2, Lu Xiuli2(1 Xi’an Architecture and Technology University, Xi’an 710055, China;2 Architectural Design & Research Institute of Tongji University, Shanghai 200092, China)Abstract:The subway-induced environment vibration was measured on location where the building would to be built. Then the structural responses under the vibration time history obtained from measure was investigated. It shows that floor environment level is beyond the limits of code, although measured vibration level satisfies the limits of code. So isolation is needed. And float flat system was introduced and designed to minimize the vibration.
