內爬式單管通信鋼塔人孔補強試驗研究

[摘要]內爬式單管通信鋼塔底部設置大尺寸人孔會對塔體受力性能產生不利影響,需要通過補強來改善。通過兩個對人孔分別采用貼板補強和中加強圈補強的單管通信塔足尺模型的現場加載試驗,實測獲得了人孔周邊的應力,分析了應力分布特點。經過將試驗數據與ANSYS有限元計算結果進行對比分析,驗證了有限元分析的可靠性,同時比較了貼板和中加強圈兩種補強構造的補強效果與補強效率。研究結果表明:經貼板補強或中加強圈補強后,人孔周邊的峰值應力下降明顯,高應力區(qū)域面積顯著減小,能夠有效改善開孔區(qū)的受力性能,且中加強圈補強構造具有更好的補強效果和更高的補強效率。

Experimental study on manhole reinforced of steel inner-climbing single-tube communication steel tower

Abstract:Setting large size manhole at the bottom of inner-climbing single-tube communication steel tower will have adverse effect on mechanical performance of the tower body and it needs reinforcement to improve. The field loading tests were conducted on two inner-climbing single-tube communication steel tower full-scale models with manholes strengthened by plate reinforcement and mid stiffening ring reinforcement respectively to obtain the manhole′s edge stress and analyze stress distribution characteristics. Through comparing the test data with the ANSYS finite element calculation results, the reliability of the finite element analysis was verified, and the reinforcing effect and the reinforcing efficiency of the two kinds of reinforcement methods were compared. The results of the study show that: after the application of the plate reinforcement and mid stiffening ring reinforcement, manhole′s edge peak stress decreases significantly and the area of high stress region decreases significantly. The reinforcement can effectively improve the mechanical properties of hole area, and mid stiffening ring reinforcement structure has better the reinforcing effect and higher reinforcement efficiency.
