[摘要]輸電角鋼塔是架空輸電線路的重要部件,約占線路總投資的20%,其生產(chǎn)加工包含二維單線圖繪制和三維放樣等環(huán)節(jié),正確計算角鋼塔口寬尺寸是加工和組裝鐵塔的必要條件。在研究角鋼塔主材桿件對齊原理的基礎(chǔ)上,通過深入分析變坡塔身、不同規(guī)格塔段主材的連接形式,采用雙相切圓方法求解角鋼塔各塔段口寬,準(zhǔn)確計算出變坡多塔身、不變坡多塔段外皮對齊情況下的口寬尺寸。根據(jù)該方法基于VC++和OSG開發(fā)了相關(guān)計算軟件,并在若干項目中進行了驗證,結(jié)果表明,該方法性能穩(wěn)定、精度可靠,能較好地滿足實際工程要求。

Calculation method of waist width of angle steel transmission tower based on double-tangent circles

Abstract:The angle steel transmission tower is an important component of the overhead transmission line, accounting for about 20% of the total line investment. Its production and processing contains two-dimensional single line drawings and three-dimensional layouts, and correct calculation of waist width of angle steel tower is necessary condition for machining and assembly of the steel tower. Based on the research of alignment principle of main components of angle steel tower, connection forms of variable slope tower body and main components of angle steel tower with different specifications were in-depth analyzed. The double-tangent circles method was used to solve the waist width of each angle steel tower and accurately calculate waist width sizes under the conditions of variable slope multiple tower bodies and non-variable slope multiple tower bodies with skin alignments. According to this method, the related calculation software was developed based on VC++ and OSG, and the software was verified in some projects. Results show that the method has stable performance and reliable accuracy, and can meet the requirements of practical engineering.
