輸電線路超高度大跨越鐵塔結(jié)構(gòu)選型之多因素探討

[摘要]梳理和總結(jié)了輸電線路超高度大跨越鐵塔選型時(shí),所需考慮的風(fēng)荷載影響、設(shè)計(jì)方法、材料選擇、加工和施工等多面的因素。指出超高度大跨越鐵塔結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)優(yōu)先采用高強(qiáng)度鋼管,并控制管徑和鋼管厚度,合理設(shè)計(jì)高強(qiáng)度螺栓,必要時(shí)對(duì)高強(qiáng)度螺栓采購作嚴(yán)格技術(shù)要求。同時(shí)論述了在設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)確保其計(jì)算模型和實(shí)際受力情況的一致性,重點(diǎn)關(guān)注橫風(fēng)向激振、構(gòu)件局部屈曲和塔架整體穩(wěn)定問題。最后提出超高度大跨越鐵塔應(yīng)堅(jiān)持化整為零的設(shè)計(jì)理念,盡量減小構(gòu)件規(guī)格和尺寸、降低構(gòu)件單件重量,便于材料采購、鐵塔加工及現(xiàn)場運(yùn)輸和組裝;盡量采用單一鋼結(jié)構(gòu)型式以減少施工工序,從而提高鐵塔加工質(zhì)量、降低高空組裝難度和安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。

Multi-factor discussion on structural system selection of super-high large-span steel tower structure for transmission line

Abstract: Multiple factors that should be considered in structural system selection of super-high large-span steel tower structure for transmission line were collated and summarized, including the wind load effect, design method, materials selection, processing and construction. High-strength steel pipe was preferred in super-high large-span steel tower structure. And pipe diameter and thickness should be controlled and high strength bolts should be rationally designed. Stringent technical requirements should be carried out on the procurement of high-strength bolts if necessary. At the same time, consistency in the calculation model and the actual mechanical situation in the design should be ensured, and problems were focused on including cross-wind direction excitation, member′s local buckling and overall stability of the tower frame. Finally, it proposed decentralized design concept in super-high large-span steel tower structure should be adhered to, to minimize component specifications and dimensions and reduce the weight of a single piece of component, in order to make it easy for materials procurement, processing of the steel tower and in-situ transportation and assembly. Single type of steel structures should be used as far as possible to reduce construction procedures, improve the machining quality of the tower and reduce the high-level assembly difficulty and safety risk.
