輸電塔鋼管構(gòu)件渦激風(fēng)振防振錘抑制方法研究

[摘要]輸電鋼管塔的某些圓截面構(gòu)件在一定條件下會(huì)發(fā)生由卡門渦街引起的橫風(fēng)向振動(dòng),持續(xù)振動(dòng)可能會(huì)造成結(jié)構(gòu)破壞。目前抑制該振動(dòng)的方法主要采用限制構(gòu)件一階起振臨界風(fēng)速即間接限定構(gòu)件長細(xì)比。借鑒輸電線路導(dǎo)地線微風(fēng)振動(dòng)的防振錘抑制方法,研究了采用防振錘抑制鋼管構(gòu)件的渦激風(fēng)振,提出了鋼管構(gòu)件渦激風(fēng)振抑制用防振錘的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算及優(yōu)化方法,并通過試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了該方法的良好抑制效果,研究成果為鋼管塔的渦激風(fēng)振防治提供一種新的技術(shù)方案。

Study on suppression method with dampers against vortex-shedding induced wind vibration of transmission steel tubular tower members

Abstract:Some circular section members of transmission steel tubular tower tend to present Karman vortex-shedding induced vertical direction wind vibration under some conditions. The continual vibration may cause damage to tower structures. Current method to suppress the vibration mainly adopts limiting the first order critical wind velocity for vibration or confining the value of slenderness ratio of some tubular members indirectly in other words. Reference to the suppression method with dampers against breeze vibration of conductors and ground lines for transmission line, suppression method with dampers against vortex-shedding induced wind vibration of transmission steel tubular tower members was studied. Parameters design, calculation and optimization of dampers against vortex-shedding induced wind vibration of steel tubular members were proposed. Good suppression effectiveness of the method was verified by vibration tests and study achievements provided a new technological scheme for vortex-shedding induced wind vibration protection of steel tubular towers.
