基于雙平臺(tái)的風(fēng)電機(jī)組基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)研發(fā)

[摘要]風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組基礎(chǔ)是結(jié)構(gòu)的重要組成部分,它承擔(dān)著將上部結(jié)構(gòu)所承受的全部荷載可靠地傳遞到地基,并保持結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定的作用。針對(duì)在風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)過程中的主要問題,開發(fā)了風(fēng)力發(fā)電機(jī)組地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。通過OpenGL參數(shù)化風(fēng)電機(jī)組地基基礎(chǔ)模型數(shù)據(jù),以SAP2000為有限元分析內(nèi)核,采用API調(diào)用的方式在SAP2000中自動(dòng)完成從建模到讀取計(jì)算結(jié)果的過程;系統(tǒng)根據(jù)《風(fēng)電機(jī)組地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)定(試行)》(FD 003—2007)對(duì)基礎(chǔ)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行驗(yàn)算并給出配筋結(jié)果,自動(dòng)生成計(jì)算書,最后利用ObjectARX技術(shù)在AutoCAD中根據(jù)計(jì)算結(jié)果自動(dòng)生成施工圖。工程實(shí)例表明,本系統(tǒng)能夠明顯提高風(fēng)電機(jī)組地基基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)效率,對(duì)同類型的工程項(xiàng)目具有借鑒作用。

Development on foundation design system for wind power turbine based on dual-platform

Abstract:Foundation of the wind power turbine is the important part of the structure and transfers all structural loads from superstructure to the base reliably and stabilizes the overall structure. According to the main issues in the wind power turbine foundation design process, a design system for wind turbine foundation was developed. OpenGL was used to parameterize model data of wind power turbine foundation and SAP2000 software was selected as the kernel of finite element analysis in the system. API call functions were adopted to realize the process from modeling to obtaining of calculation results automatically. According to Design regulations on subgrade and foundation for wind turbine generator system(for trial implementation) (FD 003—2007), the system checked all indices of the foundation and provided reinforcement results with calculation statements generated automatically. Finally, ObjectARX technology was used to generate construction drawings in AutoCAD based on calculation results automatically. Practical engineering projects show that the system can greatly improve design efficiency for wind power turbine foundation, and can provide useful references for the same type projects.
