預(yù)制混凝土塔架水平縫連接節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能研究*

[摘要]以天潤(rùn)夏縣二期49-5MW風(fēng)電場(chǎng)工程1-5MW風(fēng)電機(jī)組45m預(yù)制混凝土塔架為背景,研究預(yù)制混凝土塔架水平縫連接節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能,通過(guò)ANSYS建模,分析了包含灌漿套筒、灌漿料及鋼墊板等構(gòu)造在內(nèi)的水平縫連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力情況。研究表明:預(yù)制混凝土塔架結(jié)構(gòu)水平截面沒(méi)有出現(xiàn)拉應(yīng)力,最大壓應(yīng)力為23-0MPa,出現(xiàn)在數(shù)值模型塔頂混凝土部位;鋼材質(zhì)預(yù)埋件的最大壓應(yīng)力為13-2MPa,遠(yuǎn)小于鋼材的屈服強(qiáng)度,因此預(yù)埋件不會(huì)出現(xiàn)屈曲破壞現(xiàn)象;預(yù)制混凝土塔架結(jié)構(gòu)最大變形為0-101mm,屬于小變形范圍;預(yù)制混凝土塔架單節(jié)塔筒部位及塔筒水平縫連接部位的應(yīng)力變化及變形均滿足協(xié)調(diào)性條件。

Research on mechanical behaviors of horizontal joint connection of prefabricated concrete towers

Abstract:In order to study the mechanical behaviors of horizontal joint connection of prefabricated concrete towers, 45m prefabricated concrete towers of 1-5MW wind turbine generator system(WTGS) in Tianrun Xiaxian second-phrase 49-5MW wind power station project was taken as the background. ANSYS was used to establish finite element model and mechanical behaviors of horizontal joint connection were analyzed including grouting sleeve, grouting material and steel plate. Study shows that, there is no tensile stress in the horizontal sections of prefabricated concrete towers structure, and the maximum compressive stress is 23-0MPa which appears in the concrete of the top part of prefabricated concrete towers in the FEM. The maximum compressive stress of steel embedded parts is 13-2MPa which is far less than the yield strength of steel, so embedded parts do not appear buckling failure phenomenon. The maximum deformation of prefabricated concrete towers is 0-101mm which belongs to small deformation range. The stress change and deformation of single tower part and the horizontal joint connection part satisfy compatibility condition.
