風(fēng)力發(fā)電塔附著式自頂升平移吊機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)

[摘要]提出一種新型風(fēng)力發(fā)電塔塔筒及設(shè)備的吊裝結(jié)構(gòu),用來代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的大型履帶吊機(jī)。對其各部分組成、工作原理及吊裝過程進(jìn)行詳細(xì)說明,對結(jié)構(gòu)整體受力進(jìn)行分析,對比了附著前及附著后塔架及塔筒應(yīng)力和變形的變化。分析結(jié)果表明:附著式結(jié)構(gòu)傳力明確,受力合理,節(jié)約材料及造價(jià),安全可靠。

Design of adherent and self-jacking traveling crane for wind turbine tower

Abstract:A new hoisting structure of the wind turbine tower and equipment, which was used to replace the traditional large-scale crawler crane, was put forward. The various parts of the composition, working principle and hoisting process were described in detail and the whole structure mechanism was analyzed. Stress and deformation changes of tower frame and tube before and after attachment of the equipment were compared. The analysis results show that the adhesive structure has the clear mechanical way and reasonable stress. The material and cost are saved, and the structure is safe and reliable.
