[摘要]近年來風(fēng)力發(fā)電塔基礎(chǔ)環(huán)基礎(chǔ)安全事故頻發(fā),基礎(chǔ)環(huán)與基礎(chǔ)混凝土之間的結(jié)合面在疲勞荷載作用下容易脫開,基礎(chǔ)環(huán)下法蘭頂面混凝土容易產(chǎn)生疲勞損傷,導(dǎo)致風(fēng)機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)失效,因此有必要對(duì)基礎(chǔ)環(huán)結(jié)合面進(jìn)行質(zhì)量檢測(cè)。結(jié)合工程實(shí)踐,對(duì)風(fēng)力發(fā)電塔基礎(chǔ)環(huán)基礎(chǔ)的基礎(chǔ)環(huán)結(jié)合面進(jìn)行無損檢測(cè),基于對(duì)測(cè)法提出了一種改進(jìn)的超聲波檢測(cè)法,改進(jìn)了測(cè)點(diǎn)的布置方式,使測(cè)線與結(jié)合面相切而不是穿越結(jié)合面。檢測(cè)結(jié)果表明,基礎(chǔ)環(huán)和混凝土結(jié)合部表面有輕微脫開和破損現(xiàn)象,混凝土內(nèi)部沒有明顯的質(zhì)量缺陷或損傷。該方法解決了超聲法在風(fēng)機(jī)基礎(chǔ)質(zhì)量檢測(cè)中運(yùn)用的問題,并通過實(shí)踐證明這種方法的可行性,具有推廣價(jià)值。

Quality detection for embedded-ring foundation of wind turbine tower using ultrasonic method

Abstract:Safety accidents caused by failure of wind turbine embedded-ring foundations occur frequently in recent years. Under fatigue load, the interface between embedded-ring and foundation concrete often de-bonds and the concrete above the flange under the embedded-ring is prone to fatigue damage to lead to failure of turbines. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct the quality detection of the interface between concrete and embedded-ring. Combined with engineering practice, nondestructive testing was carried out on the interface between concrete and embedded-ring of embedded-ring foundation for wind turbine tower. An improved ultrasonic detection method was put forward on the measurement method based on the ultrasonic opposite testing method to improve measuring point arrangement to make the measuring line and interface tangent rather than passed through. Detection results show that there is slightly torn off and damage phenomenon on the surface of the interface between concrete and embedded-ring, and there is no obvious quality defects or damage inside the concrete. The method solves the problem of the application of ultrasonic method in the quality detection of turbine foundation, and the feasibility of the method is proved through practice. The method has certain promotional value.
