［摘要］廣州南沙體育館屋蓋采用了新型的雙層輪輻式空間張弦預(yù)應(yīng)力鋼屋架。介紹了其屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)體系的布置特點，對預(yù)應(yīng)力施加方法的確定、預(yù)應(yīng)力施加過程中結(jié)構(gòu)的變形、重要構(gòu)件的內(nèi)力進行了分析，并對預(yù)應(yīng)力施加過程的監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)進行了分析。分析表明，在張拉過程初期，結(jié)構(gòu)應(yīng)力發(fā)生較大的重分布，因此每級張拉應(yīng)間隔一定時間，并且環(huán)境溫度對雙層輪輻式空間張弦結(jié)構(gòu)的影響較大。

Simulation analysis and monitoring of pre-stressing process for double layers wheel shape beam strings

Abstract:The new-type double layers wheel shape beam strings prestressed steel roof truss was used in Guangzhou Nansha Gymnasium. The structure layout was introduced. Analysis was carried out on the key issues, such as cable prestress value, force and deformation calculation and construction process of monitoring data. It is shown that in the process of prestressed, stress will redistribute, so each level prestressed should be a certain time interval, and the effect of environmental temperature is great.
