蒸壓加氣混凝土外掛墻板受彎性能研究*

[摘要]通過8塊蒸壓加氣混凝土外掛墻板的抗彎試驗(yàn),研究了蒸壓加氣混凝土外掛墻板的抗彎性能,對(duì)比分析了跨度和剪跨比對(duì)板材的剛度、延性和承載力的影響。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,配筋為3-8的蒸壓加氣混凝土外掛墻板材可以滿足北京地區(qū)高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu)外掛墻板在正常使用極限狀態(tài)下的抗風(fēng)、抗震要求。四分點(diǎn)加載的6塊蒸壓加氣混凝土外掛墻板最終的破壞形態(tài)以彎曲破壞為主,三分點(diǎn)加載的2塊蒸壓加氣混凝土外掛墻板最終的破壞形態(tài)以剪切破壞為主?;谝?guī)范公式得到蒸壓加氣混凝土外掛墻板的設(shè)計(jì)承載力,其理論值與試驗(yàn)值比較吻合。

Research on the flexural behavior of autoclaved aerated concrete external panel

Abstract:The bending experiments on 8 autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) external panels were conducted to study the flexural behavior of AAC external panels and  the influence of span and shear span ratio on the stiffness, ductility and bearing capacity of AAC slabs was compared and analyzed. The experimental results show that the AAC external panels with 3-8 reinforcement can meet the requires of wind load and seismic action of high-rise buildings under serviceability limit state in Beijing. The final failure pattern of 6 AAC external panels subjected to four-point loading can be defined as the flexural failure, while the final failure pattern of 2 AAC external panels subjected to three-point loading can be defined as the shear failure. The design bearing capacity of the AAC external panel was obtained based on code formulas and the theoretical value was in good agreement with the experimental value.
