內(nèi)配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土短柱軸壓極限承載力計算方法*

[摘要]以側(cè)壓力為基本參數(shù),將內(nèi)配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土短柱的軸壓極限承載力視為方鋼管混凝土短柱的軸壓極限承載力與螺旋箍筋獨立為內(nèi)部有效約束區(qū)混凝土所提供的附加承載力兩部分的疊加,采用統(tǒng)一強度屈服準(zhǔn)則計算方鋼管縱向承載力及其受到的側(cè)壓力,考慮了中間主應(yīng)力和材料拉壓屈服強度比的影響,當(dāng)鋼材拉壓屈服強度比為1時,隨著參數(shù)b取值的不同,可以獲得內(nèi)配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土短柱軸壓極限承載力的預(yù)測范圍。通過對比已有試驗、有限元模擬結(jié)果及公式計算結(jié)果可知,本文推導(dǎo)的公式能夠較準(zhǔn)確地預(yù)測內(nèi)配螺旋箍筋方鋼管混凝土短柱的軸壓極限承載力,可以應(yīng)用到實際工程設(shè)計中。

Calculation method for the ultimate axial bearing capacity of square CFST short column with spiral stirrup inside

Abstract:The ultimate axial bearing capacity of square CFST short column with the spiral stirrup inside was regarded as the superposition of the ultimate axial bearing capacity of the square CFST short column and the additional bearing capacity that the spiral stirrup column singly provides for the internal effective confined concrete. Besides, the lateral pressure was introduced as the basic parameter in calculating  longitudinal bearing capacity and the lateral pressure of square CFST based on the unified strength yield criterion considering the impacts of the intermediate main stress and the tension-compression yield strength ratio of the material. When the tension-compression yield strength ratio of the steel equals to 1, the prediction range of the ultimate axial bearing capacity of square CFST short column with the spiral stirrup inside can be derived with changes of values of parameter b. Through comparing the existing experimental data and FEM simulation results and formula calculation results, it can be concluded that deduced formula can accurately predict the ultimate axial bearing capacity of square CFST short column with the spiral stirrup inside and the formula can be applied to practical engineering design.
