[摘要]信義荔山御園E-01地塊超A級高度復(fù)式住宅樓采用部分框支-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系。整體結(jié)構(gòu)及構(gòu)件設(shè)計融入了性能化設(shè)計思想,簡要介紹了項目的結(jié)構(gòu)體系、結(jié)構(gòu)整體設(shè)計指標(biāo),對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了小震彈性時程分析和大震彈塑性動力時程分析,并對多程序的計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比分析。結(jié)果表明,主要抗側(cè)力構(gòu)件滿足中震不屈服(局部構(gòu)件中震彈性)的設(shè)計目標(biāo),結(jié)構(gòu)各項指標(biāo)滿足抗震性能化設(shè)計要求。

Out-of-code structural design of a duplex high-rise residential building with large floor opening

Abstract:A duplex residential building with large floor opening, which exceeds the height requirements of level A of the code, adopts the structural system of partial frame supported shear wall structure. Performance-based design thought was evolved in the overall structural design and the component design. The structural system of the project was briefly introduced as well as structural overall design indices. Elastic time-history analysis under the frequent earthquake and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis under the rare earthquake were carried out on the structure. Calculation results of multiple programs were compared and analyzed. Results show that the main lateral force resistant components meet the design objectives of unyielding under fortification earthquake though some components still keep elastic. All the indices of the structure meet the requirements of performance-based seismic design.
