[摘要]介紹了長城金融大廈結(jié)構(gòu)彈性計算分析及推覆分析的過程及結(jié)果。指標及數(shù)據(jù)分析表明,結(jié)構(gòu)周期比、位移角、層間剛度比等均滿足規(guī)范要求,驗證了結(jié)構(gòu)體系的合理性。針對結(jié)構(gòu)超限項進行了分析,采取提高抗震等級、墻內(nèi)設置型鋼、加強樓板厚度及配筋、增加柱間斜撐等設計措施,從概念及構(gòu)造上保證了結(jié)構(gòu)滿足預設的抗震性能目標??缍?0m的轉(zhuǎn)換桁架是工程的設計難點,轉(zhuǎn)換桁架采用箱形桿件鋼桁架,支撐上部27層樓面荷載,通過罕遇地震工況下桿件應力比分析以及節(jié)點有限元應力分析,驗證了桁架滿足大震不屈服的受力要求,從而保證了結(jié)構(gòu)整體的性能目標。

Out-of-code structural design of transfer truss of Great Wall Financial Group Mansion

Abstract:The processes and results of elastic calculation analysis and Pushover analysis of Great Wall Financial Group Mansion were introduced. Index and data analyses show that, structure period ratio, interlayer displacement angles, interlayer stiffness ratio meet the requirements of the code, thus validating the rationality of structural system. Out-of-code structural issues were analyzed and measures were taken including improving the seismic grade, setting section steel in walls, strengthening the slab thickness and reinforcement and increasing the inter-column bracings, in order to ensure the structure to meet the expected seismic performance targets from the conceptual and structural perspectives. The 30m-span transfer truss was the difficulty in engineering design. The transfer truss adopted box component steel truss to support the floor load of upper layer of 27. The stress ratio analysis of component under the rare earthquake working condition and node finite element stress analysis were conducted to verify the mechanical requirements of “not yielding under the rare earthquake” of the truss, so as to ensure the performance objectives of the overall structure.
